"YOUR BEST SELF IS YOUR MOST POWERFUL ALLY"

“The strongest help you will ever have comes from within you.”

The meaning of this quote is that your best version is your biggest ally
(An ally is someone who helps and supports us, especially when everyone else leaves our side.)
So, your best version is your greatest support.

Your best version is your ideal or idol self. For example, in the movie Fight Club, the hero lives a typical 9–5 job life and is extremely stressed, anxious, and depressed. On the other hand, there is his ideal self—free from the world’s pressures, confident, courageous, and completely different from his current self.
And this is a very good thing to have, because your best version shows you the right direction.

“You don’t need to search outside for any support — you already have it inside you.”

Qualities of your best self:

Now, how can we apply this learning in our lives?

ALWAYS ACT LIKE YOUR BEST SELF / IDEAL VERSION

Think about what your best self would do in a given situation.
Ask yourself how your best self would react in that moment.

Whenever you face any decision in life, pause for a moment and think from the point of view of your best self.

Example:
Your best self is an early riser, but your current self is completely opposite.
So what you need to do is align your current self with your best self.
This is actually very easy—just listen to your best self, because it already knows what you need to do next.
