“The strongest help you will ever have comes from within you.” The meaning of this quote is that your best version is your biggest ally (An ally is someone who helps and supports us, especially when everyone else leaves our side.) So, your best version is your greatest support. Your best version is your ideal or idol self. For example, in the movie Fight Club , the hero lives a typical 9–5 job life and is extremely stressed, anxious, and depressed. On the other hand, there is his ideal self—free from the world’s pressures, confident, courageous, and completely different from his current self.   An eraser is both a humble helper and a force to be reckoned with. It gently fixes our mistakes, but in careless hands, it can wipe away even our brightest creations. That is why we must wield it with care. Since we are reflecting on erasers , here is a thought to ponder: when you wish to fix a past mistake, you must be willing to release a piece of yourself, whether it is pride , attachment , or desire . You can continue to write your whole life only after letting go of your bad parts, just as an eraser sheds pieces of itself to remove mistakes from the past. And if you don’t want to correct your mistake because you fear that you will lose something, then you will never get anything. So it’s good to let go of something if you want to truly gain anything meaningful (and I am not talking about material th ings).

  When we sit in silence, our mind is at rest for that moment, so we can, in that moment, use our mind’s power in the right direction, like manifestation via meditation and imagination. When we sit in silence, we can see and hear our fear or our deepest emotions, which we have ignored or suppressed for a long time, come in front of us. When we suppress or ignore an emotion, it doesn’t disappear or go away; it just stays with us more than anything, and the real problems will never end—it will compound over time. So, when that emotion or fear comes in front of us, they try to tell us something. As we all know, we were the creation of God, and when we sit in silence, we actually connect with God. In that moment, whatever is coming into our mind—that topic, idea, love, etc.—the God/Universe transfers that idea or topic into our mind. They try to give us a hint about what can happen in the future, what decision we can take, or what we have to let go of to move forward in life. They tell...
